About Layne Zagorin

Layne Zagorin, a broker out of the @properties East Lincoln Park office, has always been focused on helping people. Layne has an exceptional commitment to delivering high-quality service on every level and excels at managing multiple projects at a time. Her experiences enable her to carefully plan, manage, and ultimately streamline what can often be a complex process. To her, real estate is simple; it's about discovering what her client's needs are, and helping satisfy those needs. Layne aims to make the most of everyone's time while also making the process enjoyable!

 

Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Layne moved to Madison, WI where she earned her BS in Genetics from the University of Wisconsin. She came to Chicago, IL in 2005 where she attained her MBA in Marketing and Management. Much of her career was spent in the non-profit and healthcare fields. But while searching with her husband for their own home, Layne fell in love with real estate as a career, for the prospect of helping people find their ideal place to call home.

 

Layne possesses an in-depth knowledge of the near-north neighborhoods of Chicago and is knowledgeable about condominiums, townhomes, co-ops, single-family homes, and new construction.
